Let us preface this video by saying that we ourselves own purebred dogs. Our goal with sharing this is to educate people about the health issues prevalent in many of today's purebred dog breeds, NOT to suggest that all purebred dogs are of poor genetic quality. Whether it be dogs or horses or any other animal in existence we believe the more inbred that animal is the more likely that animal will have health issues at some point in its lifetime attributed to inbreeding. We also believe health testing and performance testing are key ingredients to improving any and all breeds.
